Coming on the fabrication, here the Helio G90T is manufactured using the 12nm fabrication process of TSMC whereas the Snapdragon 720G is built using the 8nm fabrication process of TSMC. Here the difference of 4nm makes Snapdragon 720G a more power-efficient chipset than the Helio G90T. In the camera section, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G has the Qualcomm Spectra 350L image signal processor which is a dual ISP of 14 bit and capable of handling up to 16MP dual cameras at 30fps with MFNR & ZSL. While speaking of a single camera, it can support up to 32MP single camera at 30fps with MFNR & ZSL and up to 192MP without MFNR & ZSL.
On the other side, the MediaTek Helio G90T supports up to 24MP + 16MP dual, up to 64MP single camera at 22.5fps, and up to 48MP single camera at 30fps.
Memory
In the memory section, the Helio G90T can support up to 10GB LPDDR4x RAM operating at up to 2133MHz and eMMC 5.1 or UFS 2.1 based storage while the Snapdragon 720G has support for up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM clocked at up to 2133MHz and UFS 2.1 based storage.
Display
Here in the display section, the Snapdragon 720G supports up to Quad HD+(1440 x 3360 pixels) displays where the Helio G90T supports up to Full HD+(1080 x 2520 pixels) displays.
