CPU:

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 and Samsung Exynos 1080, both have an 8-core tri-cluster CPU based on 64-Bit memory architecture.

Speaking of the Snapdragon 870, it has 1 ARM Cortex-A77 Big core clocked at up to 3.20GHz, 3 Cortex-A77 Middle cores at 2.42GHz, and other 4 Cortex-A55 Small cores at 1.80GHz clock speed while talking about the Exynos 1080, it features 1 ARM Cortex-A78 Big core running with a maximum clock speed of 2.80GHz, 3 Cortex-A78 Middle cores at up to 2.60GHz and other 4 Cortex-A55 Little cores at up to 2.00GHz clock speed.

GPU:

For gaming purposes, the Exynos 1080 integrates an ARM Mali-G78 10-cores GPU while the Snapdragon 870 got an Adreno 650 GPU same as the Snapdragon 865 and 865 Plus. It can have an improved clock speed of its GPU in comparison to its predecessor.

Manufacturing Process:

The Snapdragon 870 is fabricated on a 7nm process technology, the same as its predecessor while the Exynos 1080 is built on a 5nm process technology.
