CPU:
The MediaTek Dimensity 700 has 2 ARM Cortex-A76 Performance Cores clocked @ 2.20GHz and 6 ARM Cortex-A55 Efficiency Cores @ 2.00GHz while the Dimensity 720 features 2 ARM Cortex-A76 Big Cores clocked at @ 2GHz and 6 ARM Cortex-A55 Little Cores @ 2GHz clock speed. Here the Dimensity 720 is better than Dimensity 700 because of better clock speed.
GPU:
In the GPU part, the Dimensity 700 got an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 clocked @ up to 950MHz whereas the Dimensity 720 integrates an ARM Mali-G57 MC3 GPU which is better than the GPU presented on the Dimensity 700. So here also the Dimensity 720 is better than the Dimensity 700.
Manufacturing Process:
In this section both chipsets are the same, both use the same power because both are fabricated on the 7nm process technology.
